What country is the red logo with the smiley face from?

Hi! The logo for the Metrô from Rio de Janeiro is wrongly shown. See the official site here: http://www.metrorio.com.br/ .

The one you’re showing as from metrô is from the normal railway train company, Flumitrens (joining words “fluminense”, word that denominates citizens from the state of Rio de Janeiro and “trens”, trains in portuguese).

By the way, the right logo is already shown on the first batch of logos, and the one from the metrô of São Paulo city too (http://www.metro.sp.gov.br/)

Very good post!
But, the logo that have name “Brazil – Porto Alegre” is wrong. That logo is from Fortaleza.
