As someone who has worked in agencies for the past 20 years on numerous Fortune 100 accounts, I can confirm that this is *exactly* what happens virtually every time. It’s really sad because great (or even mediocre) creative dies a slow death frequently because of it.

They forgot the most important thing: These are Americans. They should be saying “How cheaply can we make these?”. lol
