May be a lot of you are fans of the new VW design series. It’s neat for sure. What stroke me was the logo in the lights. The mini VW badge in the lights is a great small concept and shows attention to the detail. Is the German design going to conquer the Italian from behind :) ?
29 April 2011 – the royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton earned its own doodle in the header of YouTube. Personally I didn’t watch the wedding online, but obviously – it was the biggest video event from some time now. No Google royal doodle yet, though. The logo was uploaded at http://s.ytimg.com/yt/img/doodles/royal_wedding-vflZ8V2om.png … and it’s still there.
Actually this idea has been exploited plenty of times and a variety of logos has been used each time. However, this particular logostache poster deserves some recognition. More info on mustache logo designs here. :)

The manufacturer was Bayer ( the company that invented the Aspirin ) and they were selling it between 1897-1904 in Germany. Later it was banned, of course. Few notes : the brand guideline is in Russian. Although – I’m sure you’ll understand every brand design rule even if you don’t speak the language.
